Auriga Business Center
Juhana Herttuan Puistokatu 21, Turku
The foundation purchased Auriga, built in the 1940s, from the City of Turku in 2011. After extensive renovations, the building reopened as a modern office space in February 2013. In certain areas, the interiors still reflect its industrial past, featuring architectural details characteristic of its original era.

Biskopsgatan 14
Piispankatu 14, Turku
The southern wing of the museum Ett Hem is a café space. The building was constructed in 1838 for Carl Procopé, the President of Court of Appeal. Over time, the Åbo Akademi University Foundation has gradually acquired the property. In 2015, the wing was renovated and converted into a café.

Domvillan
Gezeliuksenkatu 2 b, Turku
Domvillan was constructed between 1829 and 1831 for the book printer Christian Ludvig Hjelt. It was bequeathed to the foundation in 1923 by Ellen and Magnus Dahlström. The Åbo Akademi University used the building for many years, but it is now leased to external tenants.

Hus Lindman
Piispankatu 15, Turku
Hus Lindman, designed by P.J. Gylich, was built in 1832 for provincial doctor Gustav Rosell, hence the house is also called the Rosell house. The foundation acquired the property in 1933. From the 1950s until 2012, the building was used by the Åbo Akademi University. Today, it is home to a restaurant.

Gripen

The Åbo Akademi University Foundation purchased the plot as early as 1917. The foundation commissioned the construction of the Gripen building between 1997 and 1999. The building mainly consists of offices, meeting rooms and is today used by Åbo Akademi University and other tenants.

Observatory
Vartiovuori, Turku
The Vartiovuori Observatory was designed by architext Carl Ludvig Engel und built between 1817 and 1819 for the Royal Academy of Turku. The function as an observatory was short-lived, as the academy moved to Helsinki after the Great Fire of Turku. Since 2007, the building has been the foundation’s office.

Reuter House
Henrikinkatu 9, Turku
The Reuter House, designed by Georg Theodor Chiewitz and Frans Lüchou, was built for Carl Procopé, the President of Court of Appeal. The foundation purchased the property in 1918, and it was used for many years by the School of Business and Economics at Åbo Akademi University and Faculty of Theology, among others. The Reuter House underwent renovations in 2017.

Åhuset
Gezeliuksenkatu 2 a
Åhuset was constructed between 1830 and 1831 for the book printer Christian Johan Ludvig Hjelt. The property has served as both private residences and for various academic purposes since it was acquired by the foundation in 1941. Today, the building is leased for office use.
